2 cups butter
2 cups brown sugar
4 cups flour
3/4 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
8-10 medium-size granny smith apples, peeled and cubed
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients-gets crumbly. Put half in 9x13 pan pressed down on the bottom. Next, place the apples on top of the crust. Boil the next six ingredients and pour over apples. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbly crust mixture on top. Bake for approximately 45 min at 375 degrees. If you would like, enjoy it with vanilla ice cream!
