Ingredients:  
1/2 cup olive oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Mix together and add
2 cups grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle top of batter with cinnamon and sugar before cooking. Bake at 325
degrees for 45 minutes.
