Ingredients:  
1 bag shredded potatoes with onions
3/4 c. sour cream
1 can cr of chicken soup
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Topping:
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 2 qt. dish. Top with cracker mixture and bake in preheated 350º oven for 1 hour.

The first time I had this was at my friend Marilyn and Rick's Superbowl party. It was so good, so I asked her for her recipe. It is definitely not for anyone on a diet!
