3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. melted margarine

Topping:
1/3 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix mashed potatoes with remaining ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Stir together the topping ingredients and spread over potato mixture and bake 30 min. at 350º
