1 cut up chicken
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup catsup
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp bbq sauce (optional)
rice

Directions:
Directions:
Oven fry chicken: flour, season, dip in butter, lay in pan, and put in oven, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350.
No need to turn.
Brown onion and celery in a small amount of butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over oven fried chicken and simmer for 30 minutes. Add water to "gravy" and pour over cooked rice.
