1 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
bake 25 to 30 minutes in greased and floured 13"x9" pan at 350 degrees.

Frosting
11/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp milk
6 tbsp oleo
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Boil..1 minute. set in cold water and stir until frosting gets luke warm. Pour on top of brownies.
