2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening with pastry cutter or 2 knives until it looks like coarse "meal". Stir in milk. Round up on a lightly floured board. Knead lightly. Roll out about 1/2" thick. Cut with round cutter or juice glass. Keep kneading, rolling and cutting until all mix is used.

Place on ungreased baking dish. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 450 degrees.
