1 German chocolate cake mix, *water, oil, and eggs called for in cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel or butterscotch topping
1 container cool whip whipped topping
1 cup toffee chips
1 handful chocolate chips, crushed up (or minis)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Make cake as directed for 13 x 9 pan; cool 15 minutes.
Poke warm cake with fork or back of wooden spoon. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top of cake. Let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake. Drizzle with caramel topping. Sprinkle with some toffee chips and 1/2 handful of crushed up chocolate chips. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
Spread frosting/or whipped topping when ready to serve. Sprinkle with toffee chips, and more crushed chocolate chips.
