6 medium tomatoes
3/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. chopped green onion (just the green part)
6 cloves garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 - 2 tsp. minced jalapeņo pepper
1 -2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 - 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

You can adjust this recipe to suit your taste.
I like my salsa HOT... Instead of measuring the jalapeņo, I just use the whole pepper. And I use the full tsp. of cayenne.
