2-lb. lean hamburger
Cabbage
2-cups chopped sauerkraut
1-egg
1-small onion
1/4-cup tomato ketchup
1/2-cup minute rice (from the box)
1-quart tomatoes
oatmeal( add enough to make meat firm)
1-tsp.salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1=Put cabbage leaves into hot water to wilt.
2=Add 1-cup. sauerkraut into a large pot.
3=Mix together, hamburger, egg, onion, ketchup, rice, oatmeal, salt & pepper together to form firm meat balls.
4=Roll each meat ball into a cabbage leaf and place them on top of sauerkraut in pot.
5=Add another cup of sour kraut over the top of the cabbage rolls.
6=Pour qt. of tomatoes over top of krout.

Cook over slow heat till cabbage is tender. Check after each 30 minutes of boiling. Cook 1-hour
