Ingredients:  
Chicken for 2 – cut into bite size pieces – I use chicken breasts.


SAUCE

1 8 oz. can Tomato sauce
1 heaping tbsp. Chopped garlic
¼ c. Finely chopped onion
1/3 c. Worchestershire sauce
1/3 c. Mustard (yellow)
½ c. Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces in a little olive oil or cooking oil, till cooked through



Spread sauce mixture over cooked chicken and simmer over low heat till sauce thickens a little



Note: You can vary the sauce ingredient amouts….(more mustard if you like it sharper or more brown sugar if you like it sweeter, ect.)
