1 cup brown sugar
¾ stick of butter, melted
½ cup of chopped pecans or walnuts

12-ounce bag of extra wide egg noodles, cooked
4 large eggs, beaten
¼ cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the brown sugar and butter, then pour into a bundt pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about ½ hour. When hard, press this mixture up the sides of the pan. Sprinkle the chopped nuts on the bottom.

Mix together noodles, eggs, granulated sugar, cinnamon and raisins and pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let sit in the pan for about 15 minutes, then slide a knife between the kugel and pan to loosen. Turn upside down onto serving platter.
