1 head lettuce (any kind), chop in bit-size pieces
1 can (16 oz.) bean sprouts, drain
1 can (5 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drain
5 - 8 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Dressing:
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup onion, grated
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all salad ingredients in serving bowl; toss.
Combine dressing ingredients; mix well. Keep cool. When ready to serve, pour dressing over greens and toss.
