1 lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
1 can (15 oz.) diced Italian tomatoes
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, drained
1-1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. ground cinamon
1/8 tsp. ground alspice
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, add ground turkey and onion; cook until browned.

In an 8 qt. soup kettle, add the remaining ingredients except cheese; add browned turkey. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer; cook 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving. Use cheese to garnish.
