24 chicken wings, OR 12 chicken thighs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Durkee hot sauce, to taste
3 tbsp vinegar
2 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing dry mix
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in flour. Cook in hot oil until golden brown. Remove chicken. Drain pan. Add butter,
hot sauce, vinegar, dressing mix and paprika. Stir until butter has melted. Add cooked chicken, rolling each piece to coat. Let simmer for 1/2 hour. Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
