1 lb. seasoned bulk pork sausage
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 C. Milk
1/4 C. Onion, chopped
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
3 C. Thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
4 oz. Shredded cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, onion, salt, & pepper. In an ungreased 11x7x2" baking dish, layer half the potatoes, soup mixture and sausage; repeat layers. Cover; bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours, or until the potatoes are tender. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
