3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. quartered strawberries
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh baby spinach
4 tsp. nuts (toasted pine nuts, soy nuts, almonds, etc.)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and stir well with a whisk. Combine strawberries and greens. Add vinegar mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with nuts.
