1 lb. crab meat (imitation crab meat works well)
c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopper parsley
tsp. capers
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
c. mayonaisse
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon worchestershire
dash garlic salt

Combine, cover, and chill for one hour. Serve on chilled lettuce leaves or as a sandwich spread.
