1 lb. Maryland Crab meat (or any crab meat you might have handy)
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg
c. mayo
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Oil for frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crab meat, bread crumbs, egg, and mayo in large bowel by hand (or spoon for the squeamish). Add spices to mixture. Form round, patty shaped cakes the size of a small hamburger. Add oil to frying pan so when cakes are placed in they will be to submerged. Heat oil on medium heat. Once oil is hot fry cakes, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. (For health conscious individuals try baking cakes at 400 degrees for 15 20 minutes checking frequently to ensure they are not over cooked.)
