6-8 sweet potatoes
3-4 fresh lemons
1-2 sticks butter
1/2 cup honey
1 bag mini marshmallows
brown sugar
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes, slice into 1 1/2" chunks. Put in cold ice water with whole fresh lemons quartered. Wash in water when done peeling. Drain. Add clean water, new lemon and dash of salt. Boil. Cook halfway - soft on outside, hard on inside. Put potatoes(water drained) in casserole dish. Squeeze fresh lemon over top of potatoes. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over top, and arrange 1-2 sticks butter, sliced around potatoes. Pour over potatoes, 1/2 cup honey and 1 bag mini marshmallows over top. Cover with foil- poke foil with foil, little air holes. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
