4 Ig. (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Lawrey's seasoning
4 Tbsp. drained crushed pineapple
sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Remove cream cheese from wrappers and put into a mixing bowl. Let sit for about 15 minutes to
soften. Add grated cheese, seasonings, and thoroughly drained pineapple. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and well mixed. Spread nuts onto wax paper. Roll mixture into balls, baseball size (3 or 4).
Then, roll into nuts. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Serve with your favorite crackers.
