1 can cream of Mushroom soup M

1 can French Onion soup O

1 can cream of Celery soup C
1 1/2 cans water
1 1/2 cups rice
4-6 chicken breasts / OR pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Stir soups into rice in casserole dish. Place chicken/ chops on top of rice mixture. (Do not use instant rice). Salt and pepper tops of chicken. Place in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour.

Just like "no-peekie chicken" but 1/3 the time, and the rice cooks all the way. No crunchy corners.
* Good served with black-eyed peas and coleslaw *
