2 Ibs chicken pieces
1 onion, sliced thin
1 cup water
red wine (piasano) to taste
1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped fine
1 can tomato sauce
1 jar Progresso whole pitted olives
1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in oil with garlic. When chicken is brown, add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer on low 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
I cook this in an electric skillet, and let it simmer there.
