6 chicken breasts 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables 1 bag frozen broccoli 1 extra large can 26 oz. cream of chicken soup 1 extra large can 26 oz. cream of mushroom soup fresh or canned mushrooms (if desired)
Grill chicken on BBQ minus the sauce. Chop up grilled chicken and add to stock pot filled with remaining ingredients. Serve over rice or noodles.
This can also be made in a Crock Pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
