2 boxes Vanilla Wafers - ground fine
1 1/2 cup walnuts - ground fine
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Melted:

1 pkg (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/8 cup light corn syrup (2 Tbsp)
1 3/4 cups Meyers Dark rum, (do not substitute from Meyers)

1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Crush dry ingredients; crushed nilla wafers, ground walnuts and powdered sugar . Melt chocolate, corn syrup, and vanilla. Remove from heat and fold in rum. Do not cook off. Mix dry and hot together and mix well. Chill in refrigerator 3 hours. Roll into balls 3/4 to 1" round. Roll in powdered sugar.
Store in small containers lined with wax paper.
