Crust:

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 sticks (1 cup) chilled butter, cut into pieces.
Filling:

1 1/2 cups sweetened flake coconut, divided
2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup lime juice, fresh is best

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: heat oven to 350. Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Pat firmly into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges begin to color.

For top: sprinkle half (3/4 cup) of the coconut over the crust. Blend the rest of the filling ingredients
together until smooth. Pour into pan. Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup of coconut on top. Bake in 350 oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until top is set. Cool in pan. When cool, dust with confectioners sugar and cut into bars.
