1 Ig. head cabbage (for variety, use 1/2 red)
12 oz. sliced almonds, toasted if you like
6 green onions
3-4 tbsp sesame seeds
1 pre-cooked chicken, de-boned and chopped
2 pkg chicken Ramen noodles, crumbled, uncooked
Sauce:

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup salad oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 pkg. seasoning from noodle packages

Shred and chop cabbage. Add chicken, almonds, sesame seeds, green onions, and crumbled dry ramen noodles. Save the season pkg for the dressing: mix with the rice vinegar, oil and sugar. Prepare sauce and add to salad. CHILL and serve.

I make this a meal with garlic bread!

Some like this salad even better the second day, when it is just slightly soggy. My exchange students called this my "mormon salad".
