2 cups Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 table spoons oil in skillet. Season steaks, and fry over medium heat, and drain. Add tablespoon's of flour to the steak drippings till mixture reaches the thickness of a thick paste while stirring constantly so it will not burn, till it reaches the browness you desire. Add water to this mixture to make gravy 1/2 cup at a time till thickness you like. Place steak into the gravy reduce heat to low and let simmer while you prepare the rice to box directions.
