4 Boneless chicken breasts
2 cups of minute rice
1 bell pepper, cored and diced
1 can Cream of Chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350. Boil chicken breast in water with seasonings of your choice. Prepare bell pepper. When chicken is fully cooked dice in bite size pieces and reserve water. Mix chicken, rice, bell pepper, soup and 2 cans of chicken broth. Pour into greased 9x9 oven safe dish and cover. Bake for 30 minutes covered, uncover and cook 5-10 minutes longer or until rice is fully cooked.
