2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 cup Crisco
3/4 c granulated sugar
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c regular oatmeal
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In a mixing bowl, beat together margarine, Crisco, sugars, and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add eggs. Beat well. Gradually add flour mix, beating well. Stir in Chocolate chips, oats and pecans. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing.
