3 cups hot water
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 cup Crisco
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
10-3/4 cups flour

Custard Filling:
5 cups cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pour hot water over Crisco; stir until melted. Add sugar and salt; let stand until lukewarm. Add eggs, vanilla and yeast which has been soaked in lukewarm water. Add flour; let raise.

Roll out dough thin and place in sprayed 8" pie pan. Add fruit of your choice and 1 tsp. sugar.

Cook custard ingredients until thick. Put about 1/3 cup custard filling on top of fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
