1 lb. bulk sausage
1 package (3 cups) Bisquick
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, breaking it into pieces. Drain. Mix with Bisquick and cheese. Add 3-4 tbsp. water. Mix well. Roll into ball about 1 inch in diameter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 375 oven for about 20 minutes.
