5-6 chicken breast (or parts) cooked and deboned
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter (margarine)
1 1/2 stack Ritz crackers
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place bite size pieces of chicken in a 9 x 13 dish or pan. Add salt & pepper to taste.(I season chicken when I cook it). In a separate bowl, mix soups, sour cream, and enough chicken broth to thin slightly. Pour this over the chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over the chicken. Melt the butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
