1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
6-8 green onions with tops
1 -11 oz can mandarin oranges

Dressing
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash red pepper sauce (optional)
Mix ingredients together.

Almonds
1/2 c. almonds
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp sugar
Place Almonds and sugar in skillet on medium high. Stir with spatula until sugar is caramelized. Cool

Mix lettuce, celery, onions and oranges ahead of time to serve. Keep dressing and almonds separate until just before eating..
