6-8 lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 small can tomato sauce
½ can water
1 pkg spaghetti sauce mix
1 small cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes.

(Can substitute a jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce for tomato sauce, water and spaghetti sauce.)

Boil noodles until done. Brown ground beef and season as desired. Drain. Add tomato sauce, water, and spaghetti mix. In a 2 qt. dish, place 1 layer of noodles, ½ of meat mixture. Cover with half of the mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and dot with spoonfuls of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Repeat layers of meat, cheese and parsley with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Can mix the night before and keep in refrigerator. Bake next day as directed. Can add more cheese if you like it cheesy.
