2 pkgs frozen broccoli
chopped onion
Cook broccoli and onion as directed on pkg. Season as desired. Drain

MIX:
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine, melted (Save a little for topping)
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a casserole dish, except crackers. Crush Ritz crackers on top with melted margarine that was saved. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered.
