2 Cups cooked squash
-1 cup cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1 can cream mushroom soup
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
2 TBSP minced onions
tsp salt
tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese if desired.
