1 cup elbow macaroni (cook till done) set aside
4 tablespoons margarine
1 chopped onion
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups sredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet Add onion and stir until tender. Mix milk, remaining butter, flour, salt and pepper. Cook until smooth and creamy. Add cooked macroni, stir, and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
