Ingredients:  
1 3 lb. Rump Roast - Cut into bite size pieces
2 bunches scallions - cut into 1/2 " pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup - 1 can milk
3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cups uncooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in dutch oven on stove top
Add meat, scallions and spices to pot
Simmer on low/medium heat until meat is browned
Add soup and milk and simmer on stove top for 2 hours
Cook rice as directed
You could also put this in the oven at 350º or cook on low in your crockpot.
Serve over white rice....Delicious!
