6 eggs

1/4 cup fat free milk
1/4 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
olove oil spray
1 garlic clove
1/4 cuponion
1/2 cup asparagus cut into1/2 inch sticks
1 zucchini cut in half moons
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablspoon fresh oregano
1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Turn broiler on low setting. In medium bowl whisk eggs, milk and cheese.In a pan heat to medium high, spray with oil, add garlic and onion and cook 2 minutes.Add asparagus and zucchini and sautee 5 minutes.Add mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, oregano and thyme. Sautee 2 more minutes. Add egg mixture,cook 4-5 minutes.Place fritata in oven and broil till golden and fluffy.
