2 3/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup hevy cream
1 02 potatoes cubed
2 cups kale (I use spinach)
1/2 pound spicy italian sausage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

Combine stock and cream over medium heat.Cube potatoes. Add kale or spinach,Grll sausage or bake.Cut sausage in 1/2 inch slices.Add to soup. Add spices and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally
