1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. white flour + enough to make soft dough
3/4 lb. sausage
1 medium onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
dash pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
3 T. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Let stand 5 mins. Add oil, salt and 2 c. flour. Add additional flour. Knead 5 mins. Let rise 1 hr.

Cook sausage and onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt.

Flatten dough onto 12x18 greased sheet. Spread sausage mixture lengthwise in the center of the dough. Combine sour cream and cream cheese. Spread over sausage mixture. Sprinkle cheese over. Fold one long side of dough over filling and the other long side over that. Pinch ends to seal. Cut slits in top of dough. Brush with egg white. Bake at 400º for 25-30 mins. Let stand 10 mins. before cutting.
