3/4 cup carrot pulp
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 egg whites
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine carrot pulp, honey, orange juice,oil,and egg whites. Mix well. Next add flour and baking powder. Mix until all ingrediants are combined.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
