Cauliflower;
Brussel Sprouts;
Green Beans;
Broccoli;
1/4 c. Butter;
1/2 c. Onions-chopped;

1 tbsp. Cornstarch;
3/4c. Broth;
2 tbsp. Vermouth(opt);
1 tsp. Thyme;
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Steam all vegetables separately to desired doneness. Cut brussel sprouts in half. Melt butter and saute onions until translucent; add cornstarch to broth and add to onions. Stir constantly until thickened. Add herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cooked vegetables and gently stir. Serve immediately.
