1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
1 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 t. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. white syrup together in a glass microwavable dish. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir and cook an additional 2 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir and microwave for 2 additional minutes.
Add 1 T. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Stir in good.
Microwave 2 minutes.
Take from microwave and stir again adding 1 t. soda. (Stir well) Pour onto lightly buttered cookie sheet and spread.
Allow to cool and break in to pieces.
Store in an air tight container.
