2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese and onion in a large bowl. Add hash browns and melted margarine. Stir until mixed well. Spread in 2 quart dish and top with crushed corn flakes. Bake 50-60 minutes @ 350º.

I often double this if Aunt Shelly is visiting. She will fight for the leftovers! I often substitute onion powder for the onion. This is also a family favorite.
