2 large egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
5 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, egg whites, cream of tartar, water, and salt together and cook over medium heat or in a double boiler. Stir constantly or use egg beaters for 7 minutes. Add vanilla at last before removing from heat.
