Cake:
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup salad oil
2 - 7oz jars of carrot baby food
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
1 - 3oz package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat until well combined. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pre-heat oven to 350º and baked for 25 minutes. Then cool and remove from pan. Frosting: Mix all ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.
