Foil line a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 400

SKIN 4 CHICKEN BREASTS, BONED, AND CUT INTO 1-INCH SQUARES.

COMBINE IN A BOWL:
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fine dried bread crumbs
2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried leaf basil
1/8 tsp. pepper

MELT IN A SEPARATE BOWL:
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine

DIP CHICKEN PIECES INTO BUTTER. ROLL IN CRUMB MIXTURE.

PLACE ON THE FOIL LINED BAKING SHEET. BAKE 10 MIN.
