1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (10 oz.) jar of salsa
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 brick Velveeta Cheese (or 2 small bricks of Mexican Velveeta Cheese)
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot, heat until melted, serve with tortilla chips.
